Rapid Evictions

Once you have obtained judgement for non-payment of rent from the Courts, that document will be sent to us along with a fee of $70 to process the Warrant of Restitution.  Once the Warrant has been approved, we will schedule the eviction.  Prior to the day of eviction, a deposit of $200 will be required.  If we are notified 2 hours in advance that the tenant has paid off their eviction, your $200 will be refunded.   In the event the tenant pays the Warrant at the time of eviction the $200 will not be refunded.  Once the eviction is completed, you will be sent an invoice of which your payment of $200 will have been credited.
